Cardmaking-Companion's Downloadables - Terms and Conditions of Useage......We know you want to get downloading our wonderful downloadables and reading through Terms and Conditions can be boring but please take a few moments to read Cardmaking-Companion's terms of useage relating to our downloadable card making papers before using them. There's nothing onerous so don't worry or be put off! 1. All downloadable images, unless stated otherwise, are copyright of Saddlemount Ltd. They have been designed and created by us. 2. You are welcome to download the images and print them for use in your hand made cards. They can be used for personal use, and limited local sale. Limited local sale is a maximum of 50 items per image.(i.e. no mass production) If you wish to use more copies of the artwork then please contact support@saddlemount.com for an extended license. 3. You can donate your hand made items to a charity for them to sell. 4. The item for sale must be handmade and must not have been mechanically replicated. 5. You CANNOT copy, share, lend, duplicate, re-sell or redistribute these images in any way. If you know of some one who would like to use our images then tell them to sign up for our free newsletter so they can obtain their own copies. 6. You CANNOT sell any part of artwork belonging to Saddlemount Ltd in digital format. You may not include it as part of a digital kit for a website, scrapbook kit, card making kit or any other purpose. 7. You CANNOT digitally alter the artwork for any reason. 8. If you wish to display items made from our downloadables in a magazine or on online card galleries please acknowledge Cardmaking-Companion using words such as " Printed graphics courtesy of www.cardmaking-companion.com" Well that's all the legal bits over!
