Then there are: Thanksgiving Day, Engagements, Father's Day, Easter and Get Well Cards,to name just a few.
But why wait for a special occasion? Why not make a special occasion happen every day for someone? Nowadays we're in a fast paced, mobile world. If we want to get in touch with someone we telephone them or text them. The art of letter writing seems to be something which has long since disappeared. Years ago people didn't just say "thank you" to friends for presents, nice meals etc - they used to write a "Thank You" notelet. Why don't you start doing the same?
