Reverse Pyramage - Use Your "Waste" Pyramage Frames .....Reverse Pyramage is a great way of using up your "waste" frames from your Pyramage work. Alternatively you can buy a pre-cut kit and assemble it as shown in the card below. Although the results are good it is not the cheapest option.
Using your own "waste" frames is far cheaper. This means that from every image you use for pyramage work you can make 2 different effect cards, that is provided you think ahead and have a duplicate base image. STEP 1: Lay your spare base image onto your work mat. STEP 2: Fix your sticky foam pads or your silicone glue to the reverse of the largest frame and then lay it over the base image. You will have framed the base image. STEP 3 Continue layering the frames in order upwards. The smallest frame sits on the top. Although the frames are rising upwards like a pyramid yours eyes will be drawn to the centre base image and it will seem as though there are steps going downwards. And that in a nutshell is Reverse Pyramage! TIP:Try experiementing with different shapes - squares, rectangles, triangles and circles.
