Hand Made Sympathy Cards Tell Someone You Care About Them.......

Whenever you have to send a Sympathy Card it means that someone close to you must have experienced a death.

It will be a time of great sadness for them, and it will be a time when you may feel that you do not know what to say or do.

Sending a Hand Made Sympathy Card is one way of showing the bereaved person that you care for them and are saddened by their loss.

As in all card making the type of card you choose to make should be guided by who you are sending it to.

If the bereaved person is religious then would probably get comfort from a card with a religious design and message.

However for a lot of people they will just appreciate receiving a hand made card which shows you are thinking of them.

This modern Sympathy Card has been made by Anita and we think it is perfect for the occcasion.

It uses an Achromatic colour scheme.

The base card is plain white. The decoupage flowers are from a kit and they have been mounted using double sided sticky pads onto a black Nestability Inverted Scalloped Circle. The "Thinking of You" sentiment has been rubber stamped directly onto the card.

We think that the stark simplicity of the card adds to its impact.

Here is another example where once again we think the stark simplicity works perfectly.

Again a plain white base card has been used and the flowers are from the same decoupage kit as used on the other card. This time they have been mounted straight onto the card without any background.

The same sentiment has again been used at the top of the card.
